Government will not support fixed subsidy according to system and KW number like years ago.

Replaced by the low interest credit provided by Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW): Credit term is 10years, once payout the whole amount, it's not necessary for one to repay in the first two years, and then repay by 8 times, the payment method of each time is that per quarter pay 1/4 within two six months terms.
